The Team Is Heading To Guatemala!

Follow the Team as We Travel to Build a School in Guatemala On Sunday seven members of the team will travel to Guatemala to build a school as part of Gives Back initiative with School the World! At we believe that educational support is important at any age and that making a positive impact, on your local community and in the world, is essential to building a better future for children everywhere. It is in that spirit that we decided to partner withSchool the Worldas part of ourIvyWise Gives Backinitiative and work with them to bring education to children who need it the most. This weekend a select group of team members will travel to Guatemala to help build a new elementary school for kids in need!Our goal was to raise enough funds, in conjunction with the group we are traveling with, to not only help build the school but also provide the resources to get the school started and keep it running long after we are gone. Now, the work begins! They develop deep relationships with the local government and community in order to ensure the success and longevity of the school once it’s completed. They provide teacher and parent training, as well as other support on an ongoing basis for years after the initial build.
